I am passionate to share the goodness of Shaklee, and I’d love to mentor anyone who is interested in learning how to develop a successful online marketing business! 

I call it our ‘Encore’ business! Why? Because I want to do it!  Yes, I am a Grandma of 6 awesome grandkids, a Mom, and a wife with a semi-retired husband.  Larry is a successful professional business owner with a staff of over a hundred employees in Edmonton, Alberta.  We both see the potential of this online business with Your Freedom Project!

We have been snowbirds in Surprise, Arizona for the last three years, and love it here while it is cold in Edmonton.  I enjoy aquasize, just hanging at the pool, biking, going to exercise classes or the gym, playing Chicken-foot dominoes and Canasta,making wonderful pieces out of warm glass, or hiking in the White Tank Mountains, golfing if we want and socializing!  We are able to travel as well.

In Edmonton we were Business Leaders of a successful Shaklee Group. We enjoyed a trip to head office in Pleasanton and San Fransisco, a trip to the Riviera in Mexico, and then to Paris, France!  I find it enriching to attend the yearly conferences.  Learning from the scientists and marketing experts invigorates me! 

I, like many other Moms, wore several different hats!  I had a successful architectural residential designer drafting business!  As a mother of 3 sons I volunteered for sports, school and our community, and Larry worked hard to build a business.   We are very fortunate now to be able enjoy retirement!  Neither of us were looking for another business!  

Everything was fine – except that I was exhausted, suffered from sinus headaches and I couldn’t take any more antibiotics.  When I learned that I was egg, gluten and lactose intolerant I realized for the first time what it felt like to be awake!  On the advise of a medical herbalist doctor I starting taking some natural supplements.  And, one day in 2004 a friend gave me some Shaklee supplements. At first I didn’t take them – I thought I was too young for that ‘Menopause Complex’.  Then, I called them ‘my don’t leave home without them pills’, and so did my friends!  We all continued to simply take some supplements and cleaning products.  Meanwhile, my immunity and energy improved  as I took Shaklee supplements.

In 2012 I met a lady who was cleaning houses to raise money so that her son could visit his grandma in the Philippines. Her friends were helping her as the preteen was not recovering from cancerous diverticulosis surgery.  So I agreed to have her clean my home.  She seen me drinking VIVIX and asked about it.  A Shaklee scientist and his doctors agreed to let the preteen take a half dose and the Shaklee shakes.  In a short while his vitals got better and now he is healthy and tall.  Many of their friends shared and were very impressed with Shaklee products.  It quickly became a successful business.  In 2012 we had a team of over 20 Directors and Executive Directors, and earned Shaklee trips, car payments and bonuses! Shaklee’s Fast Track Dream Plan was indeed a REALITY!  

It is the greatest feeling to know that you are connecting people with whatever really enriches their lives.  Through Shaklee it was better health and a better life!  Everyone of our team was invigorated!  They came from all aspects of life – at-home Moms, nurses, accountants, farmers, young sports enthusiasts and retired couples.

When my husband decided to be snowbirds, I looked for an easier way to administrate our Shaklee business.  On this new adventure I certainly considered simply quitting as I didn’t need a business.  Then another and another person would express a problem or situation which could be helped through Shaklee, so I believe I will always continue to share Shaklee!  

Some people’s jobs don't allow the time and freedom they are looking for, or perhaps, like me you want to help people because you like making a difference.  Some people joined our business without even knowing anything about the products.

I searched for quite some time to make our business duplicatable and esier to administrate online. It was during my search that I realized there are a lot of others just like me who are also searching for better options for making a living, but they usually end up getting sucked into Internet scams and online rabbit holes.

This is one of the reasons this site was created. I wanted to help others navigate the jungle that the Internet has now become and share what I've learned about creating a lifestyle of personal freedom as an online entrepreneur. It's the way of the future!

I'm also looking to connect and work with like-minded people. And I feel that what I have to share is more important than ever.
